Neiman Marcus in Atlanta seeks a Merchandise Operations Associate. Hourly $17.05–$21.32. Support stock, fulfillment and back‑of‑house operations onsite.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight, including transfers and tagging.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in-store customer orders according to fulfillment standards.
- Maintain stockroom organization, backstocking and inventory control procedures.
- Execute price changes, reticketing, markouts and related merchandise adjustments.
- Assist visual merchandising and managers with product placement, signage and sales event setups and teardowns.
- Follow all dock and workplace safety procedures and support ad‑hoc operational tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, climbing stairs and lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds.
- Flexible availability with willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs require.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail operations or stockroom experience, including exposure to receiving, transfers, merchandising and order fulfillment in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or GED preferred.
