Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and prepare items for selling floor placement and presentation.
- Execute visual merchandising and maintain presentation standards on the selling floor.
- Support store projects including floor recovery, supply replenishment and seasonal resets.
- Locate and pick merchandise to complete customer and remote orders; ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Deliver responsive, high-quality customer service and promptly address client needs.
- Operate RF scanners and store technology to manage inventory and complete transactions.
- Perform ad hoc operational tasks as required, including safely handling merchandise and equipment.
- Drive company vehicle for select door deliveries or transfers as needed and permitted by store policy.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise.
- Proven ability to maintain visual merchandising standards and follow display direction.
- Proficient with store technology: RF guns/scanners, PC, iOS devices, and Microsoft Excel/Word.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule in line with store business needs and complete assigned tasks reliably.
- Valid state Driver’s License and ability to drive company vehicle when required (select doors only).
Skills
Experience
Previous retail, stockroom, or merchandising operations experience preferred; experience using RF scanners and inventory systems is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
