Neiman Marcus in Atlanta seeks a Merchandise Operations Associate (onsite) to support stocking, order fulfillment and stockroom operations, $17.05–$21.32/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations to support sales and profitability, reporting to the RPSO Manager.
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight, including transfers and back‑stocking.
- Pick, pack and ship online and store customer orders; manage order fulfillment workflows.
- Implement merchandise placements and visual standards under the guidance of Managers and Visual teams.
- Perform price changes, reticketing, damage processing and mark‑out procedures to support inventory accuracy.
- Maintain stockroom organization and conduct regular inventory control tasks.
- Support set‑up and take‑down of in‑store events and activations.
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and across work areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
- Demonstrated flexibility managing competing tasks with a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 pounds as required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of hands‑on retail experience, preferably with exposure to stockroom operations, order fulfillment and basic inventory control procedures.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificate in retail operations, logistics or a related discipline is advantageous.
