Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and exceptional customer service.
- Deliver expert menswear styling and product knowledge across in-store and remote channels, acting as a trusted style confidante.
- Use digital selling tools, social media and omnichannel inventory (fleetwide) to identify, engage and convert clients.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic outreach and technology-enabled selling.
- Adapt product presentation and sales approach to the needs of remote versus in-person clients.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive work environment and drive intentional client traffic.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury menswear.
- Demonstrable styling or fashion retail background with strong product and trend knowledge.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools, remote selling and social media outreach.
- Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs.

Proven retail experience in fashion or menswear with a track record of commission sales, wardrobing or clienteling and demonstrated use of digital outreach and in-store technology to drive sales.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 14 to USD 25 per hour.
