Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through personalised styling, proactive outreach and exceptional in-store and remote service.
- Drive sales performance by achieving personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets.
- Use selling tools, digital store technology and omni-channel inventory to locate product, execute transactions and close sales.
- Adapt presentation and merchandising to the client context (in-person versus remote) and execute tailored styling recommendations.
- Leverage social media and digital outreach to generate intentional traffic and expand individual client business.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, elevated client experience and contribute to a high-performing sales floor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based sales experience in fashion retail or luxury goods.
- Demonstrable styling and menswear product knowledge with the ability to advise clients confidently.
- Comfortable using digital tools and executing remote selling strategies.
- Flexible availability to meet retail scheduling needs.
