Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, consultative sales to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain a loyal clientele through proactive clienteling, follow-up and relationship management.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of menswear assortments and brand partners to advise clients with authority.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to execute in-store events, trunk shows and client-building initiatives.
- Support visual merchandising, floor presentation and store standards to enhance the luxury shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and perform ad hoc operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of sales performance and a client-centric approach; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for men's fashion and product expertise in menswear or related categories.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Goal-driven, dependable and adaptable with the ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights and weekends.
- Professional presentation and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Experience
Preferred 2+ years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium menswear, with a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in fashion, merchandising or retail management preferred but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 30 per hour.
