Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain high-value client relationships through elevated selling, styling and personalized service.
- Deliver expert styling and brand storytelling both in-person and via digital channels, tailoring presentations to remote or in-store clients.
- Use selling tools, digital store technology and omni-channel/fleetwide inventory to identify, source and close sales opportunities.
- Drive personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through intentional outreach and business planning.
- Leverage social media and digital tools to connect with clients and generate intentional traffic.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive, service-driven environment and support store initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable experience in styling, fashion merchandising or menswear consultation.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools, mobile technology and social media for client engagement.
- Self-motivated with an ability to set, track and achieve individual sales goals and maintain a flexible schedule.

Experience
Requires prior commission-sales experience in fashion or luxury retail, with proven ability to style clients and achieve measurable sales targets; experience using digital selling tools and omnichannel workflows strongly preferred.
