Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, personalized styling, and elevated in-store and digital service.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets while driving productivity through targeted outreach and omni-channel selling.
- Employ digital selling tools, omni‑channel inventory and social media to source, engage and convert clients both remotely and in person.
- Demonstrate authoritative product and brand knowledge for menswear assortments and present looks with expert styling.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a positive work environment and contribute to visual presentation and client experience initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven commission-based retail sales experience, preferably in luxury menswear or fashion.
- Demonstrable styling or fashion retail background with strong knowledge of contemporary menswear.
- Comfortable and experienced using digital selling tools, social media and remote clienteling technology.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to set and meet sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent and availability for a flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends).
