Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all SOPs and corporate directives across Operations, Loss Prevention, Finance and Accounting.
- Oversee daily store operational tasks: merchandise receiving and processing, transfers, pricing, inbound/outbound freight handling.
- Manage timely fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders to meet service standards.
- Own inventory control and accuracy processes, including stockroom organization and salesfloor replenishment.
- Train, implement and sustain process optimization standards to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability.
- Partner with the Sr. Manager, Retail Performance and Store Operations to manage support-team labor, scheduling and staffing.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Visual Merchandising to direct merchandising, sale setup and signage compliance.
- Coordinate in-store events and activations with Brand Experience, Visual and Sales leadership.
- Coach, develop and manage performance of direct reports; set expectations and drive associate productivity.
- Adapt resources, processes and priorities to maximize operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail operations experience; luxury fashion retail experience preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering business results and driving operational KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience leading, motivating and coaching teams to achieve objectives.
- Advanced business acumen and strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays and perform light physical tasks as required.

At least 3 years of relevant retail operations experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or fashion retail and who have led small operations teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and related experience accepted.
