Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalized service and expert styling.
- Deliver exceptional in-store and remote client experiences using digital selling tools and omni-channel inventory.
- Demonstrate authoritative brand and product knowledge to advise on trends, fit and wardrobe solutions (wardrobing).
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; manage personal outreach and productivity.
- Leverage social media and digital channels to generate qualified traffic and engage clients.
- Use store technology and selling tools to execute transactions, manage inventory visibility and follow up with clients.

Qualifications
