Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain the general safety of customers, employees and the store by monitoring floor activity and responding to incidents.
  • Conduct surveillance, monitoring and proactive loss prevention activities to detect indicators of internal and external theft and fraud.
  • Perform external and internal investigations, documenting findings comprehensively and maintaining chain-of-evidence procedures.
  • Prepare and complete incident reports related to theft, merchandise recoveries, accidents and audit findings.
  • Reduce and control inventory loss through audits, training and collaboration with operations teams.
  • Support and participate in store operations programs and emergency response when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in loss prevention, asset protection or a closely related investigative role.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to protect a luxury retail environment while preserving the client experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated report-writing capability.
  • Investigative aptitude and conflict-management skills; able to de-escalate situations and manage confrontations calmly.
  • Basic proficiency with computer software and record-keeping systems.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in direction and respond to unexpected situations; eligible to work on-site and pass any required background checks.
