Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and exemplary customer service.
- Provide expert jewelry styling and product knowledge to position pieces appropriately for in-store and remote clients.
- Use digital store technology, omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to source merchandise and close sales.
- Execute targeted outreach and wardrobing strategies to meet personal sales, conversion and clienteling goals.
