Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and outstanding customer service.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and styling authority in fine jewelry to advise clients both in-store and via digital channels.
- Achieve individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets; develop and execute a personal business plan to increase productivity.
- Leverage omni-channel tools, fleetwide inventory and digital selling technologies to source product and close sales remotely or onsite.
- Use social media and digital outreach to drive intentional traffic, book appointments and expand the client base.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, service-driven environment and support store initiatives and visual merchandising.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury fashion.
- Demonstrable styling or merchandising experience and strong brand/product knowledge.
- Comfortable and competent using digital selling tools, social media and omni-channel retail technology.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
