  • Manage special order and repair processes, jewelry inventory systems, warranty activations, and designer authentication documentation
  • Develop and execute new client acquisition initiatives leveraging social media, referral networks, marketing tools, and personal brand-building across digital and in-store channels
  • Coach the team on effective use of clienteling technology and data-driven insights to deliver personalized recommendations and 24/7 customer engagement
  • Oversee onboarding, ongoing training, performance management, and career development of the jewelry sales team
  • Maintain a welcoming, beautifully merchandised selling floor environment through regular maintenance, stock replenishment, and area recovery
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and operational procedures across all client and internal interactions
