Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, client-focused selling and personalised styling for fine jewelry clients both in-store and via digital channels.
- Use digital selling tools, omnichannel inventory and in-store technology to source product and close sales.
- Develop and execute proactive outreach and wardrobing strategies to grow a personal client book and drive conversion.
- Adapt presentation and product storytelling for remote versus in-person client interactions.
- Meet individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets; manage a commission-based sales plan.
- Leverage social media and digital communication to connect with clients and generate intentional store traffic.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment and report to the Sales Manager on performance and client activity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in fashion, luxury retail or jewelry sales; commission sales experience preferred.
- Demonstrable proficiency using digital selling tools and omnichannel retail technology.
- Strong styling and product knowledge of jewelry, gemstones and precious metals preferred.
- Flexible schedule to support retail hours and peak events; motivated to set and achieve sales goals.

Experience
Previous experience selling in fashion, luxury or jewelry retail with documented success in commission-based environments and comfort using digital tools for client outreach and sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 30 per hour.
