Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling and personalised service.
- Deliver expert styling and brand storytelling for fine jewelry, in-person and via remote channels.
- Use digital store technology, omni‑channel inventory and clienteling tools to sell and manage wardrobe solutions (wardrobing).
- Drive personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and strategic business planning.
- Leverage social media and digital outreach to generate traffic and maintain ongoing client engagement.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive, high-performance work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals; motivated and target-driven.
- Experience selling in a commission environment.
- Styling, fashion or fashion-retail experience with specific knowledge of jewelry preferred.
- Proficiency with digital selling tools and remote client engagement platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability to support store hours and business needs.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17 to USD 25.30 per hour.
