Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and deepen long-term client relationships through personalised, consultative selling and exceptional service.
- Deliver expert styling and product knowledge for fine and fashion jewelry both in-store and via remote/digital channels.
- Leverage digital store technology, selling tools and omni-channel inventory to identify, present and close sales.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
- Use social media and digital tools to nurture customer engagement and generate intentional traffic.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, client-focused work environment and support store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven success meeting sales targets; motivated with goal-setting discipline.
- Experience selling via digital tools and remote channels; comfortable with in-store technology.
- Background in styling, fashion or luxury retail sales; commission-based sales experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours; ability to perform onsite and report to Store Sales Manager.
