Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight; perform transfers and maintain merchandise flow.
- Pick, pack and ship online and store customer orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Execute merchandise placements, price changes, reticketing and signage to maintain visual and merchandising standards.
- Perform inventory-control tasks including reticketing, damage handling, mark-outs and out-of-stock processes.
- Maintain back stock and stockroom organization; support floor replenishment and merchandise set-ups under manager/visual direction.
- Support set-up and take-down of in-store events and activations as required.
- Adhere to dock and workplace safety procedures and follow direction from the RPSO Manager and store leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 pounds as required by role.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks and collaborate with a "win together" mentality.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail experience, with hands-on exposure to stockroom operations, inventory handling or order fulfillment preferred.
