Neiman Marcus is hiring an onsite Handbags Sales Advisor in Charlotte to build client relationships and deliver expert styling, service, and sales in person and digitally. The role reports to the Sales Manager and focuses on wardrobing, client outreach, omnichannel selling, and individual sales and conversion goals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, serving as a trusted style confidante.
- Serve in-store and digital clients using current technology for outreach and selling.
- Speak authoritatively about fashion and trends in person and digitally.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, and improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
- Present products appropriately for remote and in-person clients.
- Use selling tools and digital store technology, as well as omnichannel and fleetwide inventory, to sell.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
- Grow individual productivity by planning business through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology use.
- Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.

Qualifications
- Motivation and ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
- Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
- Commission sales experience.
