Role & Responsibilities
- Execute weekly preventive maintenance on all building equipment and building envelope, maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspection logs
- Conduct inspections on facility equipment including vertical transportation, boilers, generators, and HVAC systems
- Order maintenance supplies and assist the Regional Manager in managing maintenance expense accounts
- Support Regional Manager with execution of capital planning projects
- Maintain and coordinate all building energy management systems, including lighting control through Trane Ensemble Software
- Provide technical support for store systems such as Point of Sale (POS) and telephone systems
- Render support for kitchen equipment as required
- Respond to after-hours and emergency calls and work overtime as needed
- Maintain availability with limited time off between Black Friday and January 8
Qualifications
- Degree from a vocational school or college with focus in Mechanical or Electrical field
- Two to five years' experience or four years' apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical field
- Background in building maintenance, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) information
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, with capability for bending, lifting, and reaching both below the waist and above the head
- Ability to climb ladders

Two to five years of professional experience in building maintenance, electrical work, and HVAC systems, or four years' equivalent apprenticeship in the Mechanical or Electrical field.
Education
Degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field.
