Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish, trash and floor areas to meet Neiman Marcus and local health standards.
- Operate and maintain the dish machine: verify chemical levels, perform basic checks, keep chemical testers on hand and report malfunctions to management.
- Use sanitizing materials correctly and follow established cleaning protocols for pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
- Sustain a consistent washing pace to support service flow and exercise caution handling breakables.
- Empty and manage trash receptacles and keep floors free of spills, grease and debris.
- Assist with kitchen prep and additional cleaning tasks as required by the culinary team.
- Collaborate professionally with line cooks, chefs and front-of-house staff and uphold third‑party and local sanitation audit requirements.

- Ability to work autonomously and reliably in a fast-paced service environment.
