Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee Client Development team performance and sales goals through direct management of Group Selling Managers
- Communicate store vision and strategic objectives to all team members and facilitate alignment across departments
- Advocate for Neiman Marcus brand values and foster an energized atmosphere where customer service consistently reflects company standards
- Partner with Client Development, Brand Experience, Restaurants, Merchants, and Regional teams to execute store strategic initiatives
- Support the Store General Manager in fulfilling key responsibilities and serve as backup in their absence
- Determine strategic priorities in partnership with the Store GM and set actionable plans accordingly
- Analyze internal and external customer behavior, market trends, and preferences to refine processes and service standards
- Facilitate and participate in Store Leadership Team meetings, promoting collaborative dialogue and addressing challenges
- Collaborate with Merchant and Planning leaders to develop strategies that drive positive financial and operational results
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in luxury retail fashion
- Prior senior retail management experience required
- Proven track record of achieving measurable results across multiple business units
- Demonstrated history of building, motivating, and coaching high-performing teams
- Experience navigating complex business problems and collaborating cross-functionally with corporate leadership
- Ability to lead large-scale projects and present to executive stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
