Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee all support departments and provide leadership to store management and associates, ensuring critical functions are aligned with the selling process and customer experience
• Drive high-performance operational metrics including Return to Vendor (RTV) execution, transfers, credit acquisition, fulfillment results, and operating expense management
• Manage the store's Profit and Loss statement and control store-level expenses to align with business trends and maximize profitability
• Administer accounting functions including bill payment, invoice processing, and corporate credit card reconciliation
• Ensure merchandise is received, processed, and merchandised according to flow principles, with new receipts displayed on the selling floor before store opening
• Control staffing levels and payroll expenses based on business demand; oversee scheduling systems and ensure appropriate coverage for selling and support areas
• Maintain environmental standards including music, cleanliness, temperature, and overall store aesthetics to enhance the customer experience
• Partner with the Facilities Coordinator to manage physical store needs including maintenance, repairs, construction, renovation, and capital projects
• Develop and monitor store budgets to minimize operating expenses while maximizing revenue
• Serve as the primary liaison with Corporate IT partners to ensure all technology and equipment operate as designed
• Administer store-level human resources tasks, including associate relations, performance management, and Alert Line investigations in collaboration with corporate teams
• Ensure all components of the Store Financial Audit (SFA) HR audit meet company standards
• Maintain accuracy of people data through weekly roster maintenance reviews
• Ensure timely completion of staffing, payroll, and Paid Time Off (PTO) requests and validations
• Manage Leave of Absence (LOA) processes in coordination with the benefits team, ensuring compliance with personal and protected leave requirements
• Oversee Workers Compensation claims and Return to Work accommodations in partnership with the Asset Protection Manager
• Complete the SFA in-store Brand Ambassador Program in partnership with senior leadership
• Address ad hoc responsibilities and emerging operational needs as required

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of retail experience in progressively responsible roles with significant sales volume
• Demonstrated expertise in expense management, profit and loss control, and shortage prevention
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace programs and retail technology platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple departments and staff hierarchies
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial management
• Experience with inventory management systems and merchandise flow processes

Experience

5+ years of retail experience in positions of increasing responsibility and sales volume, with a demonstrated track record of managing complex store operations, multi-departmental teams, and achieving profitability targets.

Education

4-year degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 125,631 to USD 157,039 per annum.
