Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, serving as a trusted style confidante.
- Serve in-store and digital clients using current technology for outreach and selling.
- Speak authoritatively about fashion and trends in person and through digital channels.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, using technology and wardrobing to improve sales.
- Present products appropriately for remote and in-person clients.
- Use selling tools and digital store technology, including omnichannel capabilities and fleetwide inventory, to sell.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
- Develop strategies to grow individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology use.
- Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
