Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, luxury-level customer service from approach through follow-up, acting as the brand and counter expert for La Prairie and other assigned lines.
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales targets, event goals and department daily/monthly objectives.
- Conduct professional make-up, skincare consultations and in-store facial treatments; pre-book and manage consultation appointments and events.
- Utilize the Saks Fifth Avenue online clienteling resource tool to record client information, preferences and follow-ups to drive repeat business.
- Maintain immaculate counter standards and visual merchandising to brand guidelines to create an inviting selling environment.
- Collaborate with the Cosmetics Selling Manager and vendor account executives to execute activations and vendor-led initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably within a cosmetics or beauty-focused environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a retail setting.
- Professional proficiency in make-up application and skincare/treatment consultation.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable learning and using proprietary clienteling tools and sales software.
- Strong organisational skills and sound business judgement; initiative and attention to detail.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of customer-facing retail experience, ideally within cosmetics or luxury beauty, with demonstrable sales results and quota attainment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetician or formal beauty training preferred but not required.

This position is based in Boca Raton, Florida, USA, within easy reach of Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 13 to USD 18 per hour.
