Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, client-focused selling in person and via digital channels to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Demonstrate expert styling, product and brand knowledge to advise clients on beauty, skincare and makeup selections.
- Utilize omni-channel tools, fleetwide inventory and in-store technology to locate product, execute sales and complete transactions.
- Employ digital outreach, social media and remote selling techniques to expand the client base and drive intentional traffic.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; strategize personal business to increase productivity.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive work environment and support visual merchandising and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven success in commission-based retail selling or beauty consultancy roles.
- Demonstrable styling, makeup or skincare expertise and knowledge of current beauty trends.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools, social media and store technology for client outreach and sales.
- Motivated, target-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs.

Previous experience in luxury or specialty retail beauty sales, including commission-based roles and use of digital/omni-channel sales tools; experience in styling or makeup/skincare consultation preferred.
