Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalised service and proactive outreach.
- Deliver expert styling and product knowledge specific to prestige skincare and beauty, advising clients both in-store and remotely.
- Use digital selling tools, store technology and omni‑channel inventory to locate product, close sales and support remote clients.
- Drive personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals through strategic business planning and targeted outreach.
- Leverage social media and digital channels to engage clients and generate intentional store traffic.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in commission sales, ideally within luxury or prestige beauty retail.
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and omni‑channel workflows.
- Strong styling or fashion/beauty retail background with authoritative product knowledge.
- Flexible availability to accommodate retail hours and peak selling periods.
