Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional luxury service at the cosmetics counter, from greeting and consultation through application and sale closure.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event and departmental sales goals through proactive selling and follow-up.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using the store’s clienteling resources to record preferences and drive repeat business.
- Execute pre-booked facial consultation events and in-house training initiatives to grow expertise and revenue.
- Maintain a professionally merchandised, clean and welcoming counter aligned with brand standards.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional colleagues to represent the brand and support vendor initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably within a cosmetics or beauty-focused environment.
- Proven sales success with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Proficiency in make-up application and treatment consultation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn and utilise proprietary clienteling tools and retail software.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and sound business judgment.

Experience
Minimum of one year of retail experience, ideally in cosmetics or beauty; demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and managing client appointments/events.
