Neiman Marcus in Houston seeks a Beauty Advisor — full-time, onsite role selling luxury beauty in-store and digitally. Hourly rate $24–25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalised selling and exceptional service both in-store and via remote/digital channels.
- Provide expert beauty and styling advice across product categories, positioning product appropriately for in-person and remote clients.
- Leverage digital store technology, selling tools and social media to conduct outreach, drive traffic and convert leads into sales.
- Use omnichannel and fleetwide inventory to fulfil client needs and execute wardrobing strategies to increase sales and retention.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; strategise individual business development to maximise productivity.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive work environment and contribute to team sales initiatives.
- Report to the Sales Manager and perform all duties onsite at the assigned store location.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Proven commission-based sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable styling or beauty advisory experience and strong product knowledge.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and social media for client outreach and conversion.
- Target-driven, motivated, and able to manage a flexible retail schedule.

Experience
Experience selling cosmetics, skincare or luxury fashion in a retail environment with commission-based responsibilities; demonstrated ability to sell using digital tools and social channels. Prior luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
