Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-touch beauty consultations and professional make-up and treatment applications to drive individual and vendor line sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor, event, and departmental sales targets through proactive selling and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using the store’s clienteling tools to record preferences, book follow-up appointments and drive repeat business.
- Execute pre-booked facial consultation events and in-house training programs to increase client acquisition and retention.
- Maintain impeccable counter standards and merchandising to reflect the luxury brand aesthetic and ensure a welcoming selling environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the Cosmetics Selling Manager, account executives and fellow team members to optimize vendor partnerships and in-store activations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics or beauty-focused environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with strong multi-tasking ability and minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn and proficiently use proprietary online clienteling tools and sales systems.
- Professional presentation and demonstrated skill in make-up application and treatment consultation.
- Sound business judgment, organization and initiative.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of direct retail experience, ideally within cosmetics or luxury beauty, with demonstrated sales success and familiarity with appointment-based consultations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology, esthetics, or beauty-related certification preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.95 per hour.
