Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the store-level authority on top MVC (most valuable customer) clients and targeted client segments.
  • Design and execute client development tactics to achieve Client Development KPIs (frequency, spending-tier migration, engagement).
  • Cultivate and deepen relationships across all client segments through direct engagement and personalized outreach.
  • Oversee retention, migration and growth strategies for MVC clients and identify opportunities for Private Client Relations programs.
  • Monitor and report client development metrics and translate insights into actionable plans for the Store Leadership Team.
  • Drive Client Development initiatives in partnership with Store Leadership and Brand Experience, including coordination of in-store experiences and events.
  • Leverage the Connect app and other tools to record interactions, manage outreach and strengthen two‑channel client relationships.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to cultivate high‑value client relationships and deliver measurable client development results.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Motivated, results-driven with a collaborative 'win together' mentality.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Product Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to stand, bend and lift up to 10 pounds as required by store operations.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.16 to USD 23.95 per hour.
