Neiman Marcus Short Hills is hiring a Client Relationship Lead to drive client development and CRM initiatives. Salary $22.03–$27.54/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own client development strategies for the store’s targeted client segments and top MVC clients; become the subject-matter expert on priority client cohorts.
- Cultivate and deepen relationships across all client segments through direct engagement and personalised outreach.
- Design and deploy tactics, in collaboration with Brand Experience and Store Leadership, to achieve client development KPIs (frequency, tier migration, spend, engagement).
- Manage retention, migration and growth strategies for MVC clients and monitor performance against Client Development KPIs.
- Drive store-level clienteling initiatives and partner with the Private Client Relations (PCR) team to surface opportunities for exclusive programs and experiences.
- Leverage the Connect app as a primary tool to document interactions, track priorities and enable two-channel client engagement.
- Coordinate and support in-store experiences and events (e.g., fitting room experience, VIP events) with Brand Experience and store teams.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant experience; luxury retail or fashion experience preferred
- 4‑year degree preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
- Collaborative, team-oriented ('win together') mentality
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel proficiency preferred
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform light physical tasks (standing, bending, carrying up to 10 pounds) as required

Experience
2–4 years of professional experience, ideally within luxury retail or fashion; demonstrated success in client development, CRM/clienteling or other customer retention roles is preferred.

4-year degree preferred

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22.03 to USD 27.54 per hour.
