Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through elevated selling and personalised service.
- Deliver expert styling and brand guidance for women's footwear, driving sales via Technology and Wardrobing strategies.
- Tailor presentations and product storytelling for both in‑store and remote clients.
- Leverage selling tools and digital store technology to access omni‑channel and fleetwide inventory when servicing clients.
- Meet and exceed personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies using digital tools to grow individual client business.
- Use social media and other digital channels to engage clients and generate intentional store traffic.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment with peers and store leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven motivation and ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Demonstrated experience selling on commission and meeting performance targets.
