Neiman Marcus in Newport Beach is hiring a Client Advisor, Women's Ready-to-Wear — onsite role, hourly $15.00–$23.10, delivering luxury styling and omnichannel service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalised service and proactive outreach.
- Deliver expert styling and product knowledge for women's ready-to-wear, advising clients both in-store and via remote/digital channels.
- Use digital selling tools, social media and omni-channel inventory to convert leads, drive appointments and close sales.
- Achieve individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic clienteling and technology-enabled outreach.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive, team-oriented environment and support store merchandising and activations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based retail sales experience and a track record of meeting sales goals.
- Demonstrated experience in styling, women's fashion and fashion retail.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and omnichannel inventory systems; able to sell to clients remotely and in-person.
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of a retail schedule.
