- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated, consultative selling and exceptional personal service
- Demonstrate comprehensive styling expertise and brand knowledge across all product categories
- Utilize omnichannel selling tools and digital store technology to drive sales and access fleetwide inventory
- Execute wardrobing strategies and personal business development to achieve individual sales and client conversion goals
- Leverage digital tools and social media platforms to connect with clients and drive intentional store traffic
- Adapt product presentation and engagement approach based on client interaction channel (in-store versus remote)
- Maintain a customer-centric environment through proactive collaboration and team engagement
Qualifications
