Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, serving as a trusted style confidante
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality and demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge specific to handbags
- Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to engage clients both in-person and remotely, leveraging omni-channel and fleet-wide inventory systems
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion metrics, and wardrobing goals through strategic business development
- Strategize individual productivity initiatives through wardrobing techniques, successful client outreach, and technology adoption

Qualifications
- Commission sales experience required
- Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience
- Experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology platforms

- Ability to set and achieve sales goals consistently
