Neiman Marcus — Dallas seeks a Selling Advisor (Menswear). Onsite role delivering luxury client service, styling and omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and exceptional customer service in-store and via remote channels.
- Demonstrate authoritative styling and brand knowledge to advise clients on product selection, fit and wardrobe building (wardrobing).
- Leverage digital selling tools, social media and in-store technology to execute omni‑channel outreach, prospecting and conversion.
- Manage omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs and maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve personal sales, conversion and wardrobing targets; strategize business activities to increase individual productivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive team environment and drive intentional foot traffic and client engagement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based selling experience, preferably within luxury fashion or menswear.
- Demonstrable styling or fashion retail experience with strong brand and trend knowledge.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools, remote client engagement and social media outreach.
- Flexible availability to meet retail scheduling needs.
Skills
Experience
Experience in fashion retail or luxury menswear sales is required, including prior success in commission-based roles and the use of digital tools to sell and service clients remotely and in person.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
