Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling both in-store and via remote channels.
- Demonstrate expert styling and product knowledge to position merchandise and drive wardrobing opportunities.
- Use digital store technology, omni-channel inventory and selling tools to locate product, manage outreach and close sales.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; manage and strategize own selling business.
- Leverage social media and digital tools to generate intentional traffic and engage clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment and support store objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in styling, fashion retail or luxury menswear selling.
- Experience selling on commission and meeting sales goals.
- Comfortable and experienced with technology for outreach and remote selling.
- Flexible availability to meet retail scheduling needs.

Experience
Previous retail or client-facing experience in fashion or luxury menswear is required, including experience selling on commission and using digital tools to engage and convert clients both in-person and remotely.
