Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate long‑term client relationships through elevated selling, personalised styling and outstanding customer service.
- Deliver expert product and brand knowledge to advise clients both in‑store and remotely, tailoring presentations for in‑person and digital interactions.
- Use selling tools, digital store technology, omni‑channel and fleetwide inventory to locate product and close sales.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets through strategic outreach and follow‑up.
- Leverage social media and digital tools to connect with clients, drive intentional traffic and support outreach campaigns.

Qualifications
