Neiman Marcus is hiring a Selling Advisor - Jewelry in Palo Alto, CA. Onsite luxury retail role; hourly pay $17.00–$25.30 (USD).
Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalized selling and aftercare.
- Provide expert styling and product knowledge for jewelry assortments, advising clients in-person and remotely.
- Leverage digital selling tools, mobile and in-store technology, and omni-channel/fleetwide inventory to drive conversions.
- Meet and exceed personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; develop and execute outreach strategies to grow individual business.
- Utilize social media and digital engagement to create intentional traffic and client opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, service-driven store environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury jewellery.
- Demonstrated experience using digital selling tools and omni-channel technology to service clients remotely and in-store.
- Strong styling, product presentation and fashion sensibility specific to jewelry.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Experience in commission-based retail sales within fashion or luxury jewelry, with demonstrated success meeting sales targets and using digital/omni-channel tools to sell to both in-store and remote clients.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
