Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through elevated, personalised selling and exemplary customer service.
- Deliver expert styling and product knowledge specific to fine jewelry, advising clients in-person and via remote/digital channels.
- Leverage digital selling tools, social media and store technology to conduct outreach, drive appointments and convert leads.
- Execute omni-channel sales using fleetwide inventory and digital merchandising tools to fulfil client needs.
- Meet and exceed personal sales, conversion and wardrobing targets through proactive outreach and business planning.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive environment and support store-level goals and campaigns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or jewelry.
- Demonstrable styling or fashion retail background with strong product and brand awareness.
- Comfortable and experienced using digital selling tools, social media and store technologies for outreach and sales.
- Flexible availability to support store hours and client appointments.
