Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised service, expert styling and proactive outreach.
- Deliver elevated, consultative selling both in-store and remotely using digital selling tools and social media.
- Leverage omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to source product and convert opportunities across channels.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets.
- Strategise personal business plans to grow productivity via targeted outreach, wardrobing and technology usage.
- Demonstrate authoritative product and brand knowledge specific to fine jewelry and seasonal trends.
- Use company digital store technology to manage client interactions, bookings and transactions.
- Foster a collaborative, positive work environment aligned with store goals and visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Proven success in commission-based retail selling or client-facing sales roles.
- Experience styling clients and working within fashion or jewelry retail.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling technologies and social media outreach.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and peak shopping periods.
