Neiman Marcus in Houston seeks a Selling Advisor (part-time) to deliver luxury clienteling and omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated in-store and remote selling.
  • Deliver expert styling and product knowledge to drive personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing metrics.
  • Leverage digital store technology, omnichannel inventory and selling platforms to locate merchandise and transact across channels.
  • Execute proactive outreach and social media engagement to generate traffic and expand client base.
  • Strategize and manage a personal sales business to meet individual productivity and commission targets.
  • Collaborate with store teams to create a positive work environment and support visual and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals; motivated and target-driven.
  • Experience selling on commission and working within luxury or contemporary fashion retail.
  • Demonstrated styling, fashion knowledge and clienteling capability.
  • Comfortable using digital selling tools and social media to engage clients.
  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Availability for a flexible, retail-oriented schedule (evenings/weekends/holidays as required).

Experience
