Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through elevated selling and personalized service, both in-store and digitally.
- Achieve individual sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets; manage and grow a personal client business.
- Apply expert styling and product knowledge to advise clients on handbags and related accessories.
- Leverage omni-channel inventory and digital store technology to locate product, execute transactions and fulfill client requests.
- Use social media and digital selling tools to conduct outreach, drive intentional traffic and support remote selling.
- Differentiate presentations and selling techniques for remote versus in-person client interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, service-driven work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven success in commission-based retail sales or client-facing selling roles.
- Experience in fashion retail, styling or accessory specialization (handbags preferred).
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and social media for client outreach and sales.
- Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve sales targets independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; flexible availability to meet retail scheduling needs.
