Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and deepen long-term client relationships through elevated in-person and digital selling.
- Deliver expert styling advice and brand-led product recommendations for handbags and accessories.
- Utilize omnichannel selling tools, digital store technology and fleetwide inventory to convert leads and close sales.
- Strategize personal business growth through targeted outreach, wardrobing and social media engagement.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing objectives.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a positive, client-centric retail environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrable retail or styling experience in fashion and accessories; prior commission-based selling preferred.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools and omni-channel outreach.
- Proven ability to set, pursue and meet sales targets.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.
