Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships through elevated in-store and remote selling.
- Provide expert styling and product knowledge for handbags and luxury accessories.
- Leverage selling tools, digital store technology and omni‑channel/fleetwide inventory to identify and close sales.
- Use social media and digital outreach to generate traffic, perform wardrobing and grow a personal client book.
- Achieve personal sales, conversion and wardrobing targets; strategize outreach and merchandising to increase productivity.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive, customer-centric retail environment.
- Work onsite; this is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) reporting to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven commission-based retail sales experience, ideally within fashion or luxury accessories.
- Demonstrable styling and fashion retail background with strong product and brand awareness.
- Comfortable using digital selling tools and remote‑selling technology.
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage a flexible work schedule.

Previous luxury retail or fashion sales experience with a track record of commission sales and demonstrated use of digital/omni‑channel selling tools to service clients both in‑store and remotely.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 17.10 per hour.
