Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative, luxury-level service across approach, application and closing to drive individual and vendor line sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor, event and department sales goals through proactive selling and appointment conversion.
- Use Neiman Marcus clienteling tools to record client preferences, manage follow-ups and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
- Support in-house training programs, pre-booked facial consultation events and vendor-driven initiatives to grow business.
- Maintain merchandising and counter presentation standards, ensuring a clean, well-stocked and welcoming selling area.
- Collaborate with the Cosmetics Selling Manager and vendor Account Executives as a brand ambassador on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, ideally within a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to perform professional make-up and treatment consultations and applications.
- Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Sound business judgment, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty, with demonstrated success meeting sales targets and running consultations or appointments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or certification in cosmetics/makeup is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 13 to USD 18 per hour.
