Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service to build and maintain a loyal clientele.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales plans through proactive selling and client development.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across beauty brands and services to advise clients effectively.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to execute in-store events, product launches and promotional activities that drive traffic and sales.
- Contribute to store operations and perform ad hoc retail responsibilities as needed (merchandising, stock management, visual standards).

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 23.10 per hour.
