Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain client relationships through elevated in-person and digital selling to become a trusted beauty advisor.
- Drive personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing targets using omni‑channel outreach and fleetwide inventory.
- Demonstrate expert product, brand and styling knowledge—particularly in fragrance and prestige beauty—tailoring presentation for remote and in‑store clients.
- Leverage digital store technology, selling tools and social media to generate intentional traffic and support remote client servicing.
- Strategize individual business plans (outreach, wardrobing, digital engagement) to increase personal productivity.
- Collaborate with store colleagues to create a positive work environment and deliver seamless client experiences.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in fashion or beauty retail, with commission sales background preferred.
