Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through elevated selling, personalized service and regular outreach.
- Deliver expert styling and product recommendations with authoritative brand and product knowledge.
- Leverage digital selling tools, omnichannel inventory and in-store technology to convert both in-person and remote clients.
- Plan and execute wardrobing and personalised merchandising strategies to increase average transaction value and client retention.
- Achieve individual sales, conversion and wardrobing targets while tracking performance against goals.
- Use social media and digital channels to engage clients, drive traffic and support outreach campaigns.
- Adapt presentation and service approach depending on whether the client engagement is remote or in-store.
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive work environment and support team initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven commission-based retail sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, skincare or luxury fashion.
- Demonstrated styling or fashion retail experience with strong product and brand awareness.
- Comfortable and experienced with digital selling tools, clienteling platforms and social media outreach.
- Self-motivated with a track record of setting and meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience selling cosmetics, skincare or luxury fashion is preferred; candidates should have a background in commission-driven retail environments and demonstrable experience using digital/omnichannel tools for client outreach and sales.
